Simple step on the wings, pull on the legs and it will come right apart. All you will have left is the breast and the legs. Every thing else is left behind.

To cook just shake and bake it. Then bake it at 350f for about 30 minuets and enjoy. :)

+1, remember if you used a shot gun try and get all the shot out,
or your teeth and pocket book will feel the pain.

I think that is the abbreviated version :D. What about the feathers and innards ? Can you tell I'm not a hunter ?

Actually they are nicknamed "thunder chicken's" around here...... you can just about step on them and then they explode with an abrupt take off. When they take off they also tend to take small branches off of trees with their twisting and turning flight patterns.

Not as noisy as a turkey taking off but close.

Dam birds will stop your heart with their sudden noisy take-off when you least expect it.

No actually its that simple. All the innards, feathers, head and skin all stay in tacked. All you are left with is a skinless breast and the legs that you cut off.

Now on the other hand the sound of the bird coming apart is not always for the faint of hart.:rolleyes:
