who makes best carb kit??

Opinions welcome...need carb kits. Who is the best to get a set from?? BRP, seirra...etc?? I have a 78 140 johnson with a cough that needs to be seen after. Going to try to order tonight or in the morning. Just want to get the best...I always tend to lean away from aftermarket on my trucks...just wondering about some in the outboard world. If the aftermarkets are okay with you guys I'll go with them...if not I think I'll stick with BRP. Thanks alot!!

also, is there anything else that you guys like to replace when you in the carbs?? that doesn't come with the carb kit..

I like the BRP kit since it has a new float, but thats just my opinion. I use seirra kits too, have never had a problem with them, they just don't offer a new float. I feel that a carb job isn't complete without a new float.

Our host here at iboats sells Sierra, so I'll have to be careful. Let's just say that the BRP can't be beat.

There's no reason not to go OEM when it's available.
