I just had a thought, what browsers are everyone using? I usually post using FireFox and can honestly say I've never experienced this issue with Internet Explorer. Me same as Bondo 'cept XP pro. I've only been on Iboats for a couple of months, but the eight days thing is confirmed for me too. Prior to that, I never even had to take my shoes off.<br /><br />I use the refresh . . . retry thing and has worked as far as not losing my post, but I have had the 7 try experience. I have found I can click the combo as fast as I want once the flood begins. The final click will hang slightly and then it says the taking you back thing . . .<br /><br />Also, concur on the time order of posts too. That has been the worst over the last two days, although it showed up briefly at the beginning of Noah's little problem.

I get it almost everytime I try to post something. Sometimes I refresh and it goes through. Most of the time I go <BACK> and try again, after waiting 31 secs ,a dn I get flood protection warning again. Trid fo r3mins once, most of the time I have to try at least three times.

I just got it this morning, hit refresh, didnt work.<br /><br />Hit "full reply form" then submit and it worked.<br /><br />Windows XP I.E. 6.0<br /><br />Ken

Gees, this Flood Protection thing IS getting to be a problem. Since I copy-paste from a text editor anyway, I'm not loosing any text, but now it's happening on every post.
