I'm curious to what you plan to sail your boat through...sounds like your taking it into a war zone...lol...My zodiac's in Iraq had reenforced kevlar on the inflatable portions to protect against punctures...You know I saw a product that I'm going to put on my keel, I think it's called Keel Guards...I could only imagine getting damage from beaching it out off the coasts, and this product sounds like it will do a good job of protecting the keel...unless your boating up rivers and lakes then I probably would want a hull that could withstand the tree lined beaches and debris floating in the water...

The best striped bass boats around cuttyhunk (cape cod) are all wood planked with white oak frames, built to bounce off boulders that will crack glass hulls.
They (wood boat builders) say glassing over a wooden hull is the kiss of death for the wood because water IS gonna get in there no matter.

thats all the molds !...everything...from the swim grid to the extra deck.

it was a very popular design on the west coast....the design is just getting a little older....but beauteful boats.......if i had a shop big enough id buy it and run 3 off...sell 2 and keep one for free.
