Can someone here explain to me why a 4 cylinder outboard boat motor needs a carburetor for each cyli der? Seems like just more things to fail.

Does it have to do with the fact that it is a 2 cycle engine?

Why do automobile engines with 8 cylinders only need 1 carburetor?

For more performance. High performance V8s have multiple carbs as well.

We've run 4 two barrels instead of 4 one barrels on a V4 before.

How many do you need? We'll try to get them for you!
