Never have the problem. since 4 years we don?t own a TV any more.:D

Saves loads of time keeps commercials from hitting my eyes. :eek:

i took a 5 month trip to Australia, and we never bought a tv over there. It was kinda nice to get off the Tv crack for a while.
But now I'm addicted again.

commercials are louder so you can hear them while your running to the kitchen.

The picture quality is better too. I also DVR just about anything I want to watch anymore.

Because of the rules to keep commercials the same level of the show, as already stated, they can only deal with the sound mix. However, where I notice the difference most is when the commercial goes from the national broadcast to the local commercial. Here is where the local provider bumps the sound level upwards. They have a better chance of getting away with it.
