A buddy of mine bought a used bass boat that came with an aluminum prop on it, I said find a stainless steel prop that gives bow lift and you will increase your speed. He went on Mercury's prop selector page and it said an aluminum prop would offer the "top speed". I looked and saw that they don't offer the Laser II anymore??? We found him a Turbo and he gained almost 6 mph.
