I lived near the lake in Grapevine, Tx back in the 80's. <br /><br />I miss the "melt in your mouth" savory Texas barbecue they had at Bartley's Barbecue and the warm winter mornings.

Small technical point: Runways are designated with 2 digit numbers based on magnetic runway heading so a runway with a heading of 180 would be runway 18. The recipricol would be 36 or 00 <br />18 would be a south bound runway, 36 would be northbound but the same strip of concrete. You could not land westbound on a north/south runway, at least not safely or legaly.<br /><br />So the most dramatic colision course ordered would be a clearance to 18 and 36 simultaneaously. But of course the ultimate responsibility for collision avoidance is with the PIC one of which would have to decline the clearance
