Why is it so hard to find this damn manual?

Trying to find a service (repair) for my 86 evinrude 120 looper. I've been told to avoid seloc manuals and find the omc ones. No matter where I look I can't find a supplier that even lists one.

Can someone direct me on where to find one please.

Why is it so hard to find this damn manual?

Engine was only made 3 years (85-86-87 smallbore looperwith 9 amp stator)
The only place I know to get one will be Ken Cook...(link below)
