Just because you have a NEW prop, doesn't make it the correct prop.
What happens with your original prop.
Same with the carb, just because it was rebuilt doesn't make it good. and it has nothing to do with a problem with the fuel tank or lines to the engine.

thanks Don Ok original prop, not available when I bought the boat didnt have a outdrive, fuel lines are brand new, this prop was used in my other boat, 22 cruiser same engine and never have this problem? So I thinking this pop is not correct for this type of boat.

Sounds like prop. 4 blade 14" x 21" is too high of a pitch. Probably need a 4x14"x17" if you want to stay with a 4 blade if not a 3 blade 14"x19" is probably what should be on the motor. If you drop the pitch to 17" from a 21" you should gain 600 - 800 RPMs with a 4 blade. This is assuming the engine is running in top shape timing, fuel, etc...

You also posted in the prop forum. Go there for suggestions. Who did the tune-up and carb rebuild? Was timing properly set? I guess so is not a good answer.

the tune up was done in the shop and I recheck the timing is good, engine sound and look good. I will try to change the pitch and see how goes thanks guys.
