Wild Finish at Daytona

NASCAR has officially started for the year. The Daytona did not disappoint after a lengthy rain delay. Preece went for a wild ride and ended upside down after a wheelie… Byron won for back to back wins.

With all the "equal" cars on the track, the races have become extremely boring ! Glad we have a hopper, we record most everything we watch just to eliminate the advertising which is horrible ! Average TV show is now 50% ads, sports games and news reports are 65-75% ads. Hardly worth watching tv anymore !!

I agr with the ads. Even when they go side by side, they should make the ads smaller than the race. I watched the whole thing but it’s not as good as the old school stuff. I like that the drivers are much safer than in the past but it’s still not the same.

Yeah, that was a hell of a ride! Last time I had a view like that was on a tilt-a-whirl! And not at close to 200 mph!

Side by side ads are even a bigger joke, no sound and smaller, harder to see. Worse part about all the ads, is they are the same ad over and over and over ! Anyone else notice how many if these repeating ads are for prescription medications ? We can't buy it without a script from a doctor...how many folks go into their doctor and tell them what scripts they want to be put on ? Guess we know who has the most profit to spend !
