Wilker boat ID?

I have a wilker boat and the only thing to tell me what it is is the steel plate on the transom from the Department of Transport. On the plate the reg. number is MOT11785 model Galaxie 15 built by Wilker Boats LTD, Boat identifier on bow is ON2168772. Any idea when this boat was made? The Merc. 65hp is a 71.

I believe they were built in Clinton Ontario or London Ontario. Unfortunately no longer in business that I can see.
