The block needs passages machined, the exhaust leg needs to be changed, the reeds needs changing and the carbs too.
Absolutely not worth the money.
The best band for the buck is to dump that pre-1984 motor and get a post 1984 model. That change in itself will increase your prop HP by 15% and you will have a true 115 at the prop. The even better solution is to find a looper and get away from a crossflow.
Your block is small and has the small crank and will not respond to any real modifications but your wallet will certainly be lighter.
If you want more performance from the boat..... go on a weight loss program. You need to loose weight, anything extra on the boat needs to be removed, the hull needs to be perfect......... OR find a lighter high performance hull.
