I actually like the show. My wife started watching it and got me hooked. I havenothing against gay people, just as long as they accept that I'm straight we'll be alright.

The show has 3 characters. One straight lady who lives with a gay man and they are great friends.the third character is a very stereotype gay man.None of them are lovers just good friends. The subject of the show is their relationship as friends and their search for a partner. It is all very funny, sad and touching at the same time

I find the best parts of the show, are when they are making fun of Jack for being TOO gay. A gay guy making fun of his gay friend for being a flamer. That, I find, is comical.

A regular gay, a liberace gay, an overweight sexually permiscuous woman and an emotionally unstable redhead. Shake well and call it comedy.

Hmmmm I missed another funny daytime comedy? That's it I gotta stop hanging around the beach all day long and start watching TV more often. I would've never imagine anything funnier than Darkside Chat. Poor me I gues.

Gracias senoir Rolmops y Froggy for de infos. Me casa Tu casa!!!

Rubber you have a keen insight on the subject. Sure you wanna tell us what a "Liberace Gay" is?

Re: Will & Grace finale next week

I've seen it on occasion, it was entertaining enough. I havn't watched it in the last few years though, other stuff has been on, and TIVO eliminated my need to watch something just to pass time until what I really wanted to watch came on. I am indifferent to the subject matter. Watching a show about gays doesn't turn people gay last time I checked. It just doesn't work that way.

Speaking of Brokeback Mountain, my wife had wanted to watch it, but I always told her I would watch it if she brought the DVD home and she was going to watch it, but I was not going to actively seek it out. Not because of the subject matter but because I just really like movies with stuff getting blown up or has a high robot content. I didn't see any robots or explosions in the previews for Brokeback, so it didn't interest me. Having now seen it, it wasn't as bad as people made it out to be. Don't have a burning need to see it again, but I have seen worse...
