Found a tach for a lawnmower that says it will work on 1 or 2 cylinder engines -if theres only one spark per revolution of crankshaft. will this work? 25 hp johnson 86 model
How does the tach connect to the mower? To the spark plug lead?<br /><br />If so, it ought to work fine. The outboard produces one spark per plug wire per revolution.
