I know this is probably posted all the time, sorry for driving it in the ground even more, but needing some quick answers. I have a Astro fish/ski 17.5ft w/ a 120hp force. I am very new to this boat, and dont really know what it is capable of. We are going out this weekend to test it out pulling. Wondering if it can pull a wakeboard. The guy we bought it from said he pulled two kneeboards no problem, but I know you pull wakeboards faster, and just wondering if the boat will handle that. have a 19" pitch prop
Thanks

You should have no problem towing a normal size person on a wakeboard. The hardest part is getting them out of the water but 120hp on a 17.5' boat is plenty. Just so you know wakeboarding and kneeboarding are done at very similar speeds. Hope this helps.

You will have to nearly full throttle out of he hole probably. But once their up, you should be able to pull them. Might not be too hard for them to steer the boat with a good carve though.

Experienced wakeboarder vs beginner makes a big difference. Experienced wakeboarder would probably say they could get up with a 50hp motor. 120hp is more than plenty. If you use the ski hooks in the back that won't make it any easier though.

This is true.
