Will this carb fit?

Hey guys-

I have a 1992 4.3L Merc with a 2bbl carb on it. Will a 750cfm weber marine carb fit? I will be putting a new intake manifold on it to accomodate the carb.

Ayuh,.... The 750cfm is WAY Too Big... Ya need the 600cfm model....

That carb is a 1 way ticket to lean city. Stick with Bondo's advice.
