Lower unit off a motor with model number 502373C. Will this fit my 1971 with model number 20RL71S? Mine is a Johnson and the other is an Evinrude.

No such model# 502373C. The closest I can get here is a 1972 50hp, And that wouldn't fit your 20hp.
