I am removing my volvo aq 280PT complete outdrives (2) because of severe electrolysis. Will complete 280 fit or is the transom hole bigger or other complications? Thanks
The cutout in the transom is the same. However, you will have 4 holes to fill from the trim system. They are outside the standard 280 transom shield.
Here is the cutout template, you will see which 4 holes they are.
