Window question

Im planning on painting my boat after summer. 1989 Bayliner capri 19.5.
HOW the hell do the windows come off? Or shoudl I just mask the windows and paint just up to the metal edges. I dont see any screw heads Well there are a couple holding the window trim together where they meet in the corners. I need to know how the Window bottom trim is held on to the hull.. Are they bolted on from the inside?

There should be a run of rubber trim that you can remove and expose the screws. It pulls right off and pops back in to the channel.
