Re: Windows Meda Player

I have yet to see anything worth recording at that watering hole. One evening I did see a penguin-looking thing waddling around the watering hole, that’s it, but what are the chances a penguin is really at a wating hole in Africa?

Fwiw, at the 7 o'clock position, about 50-yrds out from that watering hole is a very modern looking house with a very modern looking car, not a Range Rover. Neither the house nor the car are what I would have expected in Africa.

About the free software, if you're getting something from sourceforge.net you can be relatively certain it's safe. A lot of nasty "free" stuff is a cheezy rip-off of a good open-source project.

Re: Windows Meda Player

when I try to view it with windows media player I get this message

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is on another computer, verify that you are connected to the network. If you typed a path, verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server might not be available.

anyone know why?

Ok thanks guy. I will look into those.
Im lucky here on the west coast as around 7pm it is morning over there and we have seen dozens of different animals. Computer is in the front room so we just leave it on while doing dinner and watching tv.
Except when MIL is over and then nothing happens LOL

Link, be sure to post what you settle on. The inability to save some of these things you can play has really aggravated me.
