Windshield Removal and Reinstall on Express Cruiser

My 1992 22' express cruiser windshield is leaking quite a bit of rain water down into the cabin via both front corner bolt holes. No amount of caulking to date has helped. Anyone have any experience removing and reinstalling these manufactured windshields?

I've already been on the phone with Taylor Made. There are no windshield parts on record for this boat. I'll have to create my own deck to windshield seal or reuse the old. I've been reading up on sealants and read good things about butyl tape.

Any ideas appreciated!

As soon as the rain here in the PNW let's up a bit, I'll take some pics and dive in. I've spent the Winter replacing the starboard stringer and sole due to this leak. I believe this windshield leak was a manufacturer defect as the PO kept it in his shop, but the OO had it in the water. The rotted sole had completely dried so the water had gotten in a long time ago.

Anyway, more to come...
