Remember that little popup thing a month or so ago on the main page of IBoats.com where you could enter a sweepstakes to win a Garmin handheld IQue M3 GPS unit? All you had to do was sign up for their monthly transom newsletter. Well I entered my information and I never expected anything to come of it!
But holy crap, I was the grand prizewinner!!! d
I had to claim my prize by the 27th and I didn’t read the email until the 26th. Close call I guess but I'm still siked and can’t wait to try it out!

Sorry if any of you entered and didn’t win. I really don’t want to seem like I’m bragging.

but Im still gonna love using this thing out on the water!

Handhelds are great. Next guy who tells you his boat runs 60 will be surprised when you show him it is really 52

That's pretty cool! FYI..Don't ever bother filling out a sweepstates/raffle form at dealerships. I worked RV sales for a while, it suc'd. They pulled all this cool stuff out of the stock room and set it up on a table as prizes that could be won. All you to do was leave your name and number. Well all the stuff went back on the shelves and the names and numbers were given to the salesmen so they could work the people over with high piched sales tatics. Asshole owners.

this thing is freakin awsome! I got it this morning (iboats sent it over night, thanks guys!!!) yea and after this experience I think I will try to get my post count up like boomyal said by being a good active member/customer at iboats.com. If it wasn't for you guys here at the forums I never would have entered that sweepstakes in the first place. so really, my thanks goes out to all of you.
but it still feels good that I beat the odds.
does anyone know how many people entered?
