Winterizing

I asked about my outboard in another forum but now what do I do to winterize my boat. I live in PA and have a Mac 25 sailboat. We expect snow and certainly a bunch of cold weather. I will be keeping the boat in my yard. Other than the obvious of creating a structure for a tarp to cover it, what other things should I do? (I have heard horrible stories about mice eating wiring etc).<br /><br />Thanks,<br /><br />Mike
