Need to extend/re-run wires for some stuff on a used boat. Any generic set of codes there as to colors? I know lights are blue, but I've got to do things like sending wire from fuel gauge, sending from Tach, and bilge and aerator wires, seems like my current "harness" is using gray for power on nav lights and brown for power on bilge/aerator.
I"ve got time to wire on the 4th so need to get hold of wire today.
I'm using red for + and black for - and will use blue for all the instrument lighting....
