This has been answered at least a dozen times but it gets wired exactly the same way we were discussing here. One pair of outputs from the charger to one battery and the other pair to the second battery. Or just like this:
If your charger is new you can ignore the isolated output warning. If this is an old charger and the two ground wires are common (check with an ohm meter) you cannot use this configuration.
