I removed a busted MerCruiser 470 and dropped in a MerCruiser 153 cid 4 cylinder. I need a wiring diagram for the new engine, including transom plate wiring. I can not for the life of me get this engine to turn over.
Ron, what year is your new 4 cylinder engine? Serial number would be helpful unless you know the exact mode. There are 3 service manuals that cover the 4 cylinder engine.
