What engine package go you have?
Do you have a engine serial number?

im repowering with the vortec, its an alpha one setup. just confused on wiring the components in, because things are different than what it was ... (was 89 model 260)
I cant get any help for the weekend from the vendor... engine # is 1M08210G02.... Thanks

Need more input!

Merc don't do a carbbed 5.7 in 2010 (in fact not since 2001).

Go to the ADULTS ONLY section and download the manual of your choice. I suspect you're looking for the diagram of your old engine (1989), yes? That's in manual #15, page 4F-2..

One other thing... New engine (2010)/old leg (not Alpha 1 Gen II).... You may have cooling issues. (do a search. lots of them here... )
