wiring diagrams?

Just bought a used 1993 bass tracker 17'. All the wires at the helm have been cut. The old owner was in the process of installing a new ignition switch. The motor was replaced with 30hp 2-stroke tohatsu at some point. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this boat or know where I could get one. I tried the local dealership and they claimed not to have one. The mechanic says it's all in his head and he's sure he could re-wire it if I brought it in. I have a 2000 Nitro NX882. I need a wiring diagram for the electronics, like under the console for the horn and bilge, etc. I think I have a short somewhere and cant figure it out. When the electronics are hooked up to my starting battery I loose volts fairly quick and cant start the motor. I have a new 1000 cca battery and shouldnt have this problem. If I honk the horn or turn the bildge pump on my Lowrance unit turns off.
