Wiring harness adaptor

I have a "chrysler cadet" 14 ', unknown year, the control cable, quicksilver shifter, ends in a 8 pin connector ( round ) and i want to hook it to a 1985 Johnson 40 which has a different connector. Does anyone know of an adaptor that will fit ???

seriously doubt it. find a johnson control, and harness. shift and throttle throws are probably also different.
