And thats a game USA wins 6-1 finishing the game 2 men down!! Good game but Slovakia was out classed here no question, sad to see things get a bit out of hand but we all know Hockey.

Looks like today's games were not a real challenge to either USA or Canada.

Not overly surprised by that though you know? Also there's talk of the last Elbow thrown by the Slovak player getting a Match Penalty which will be pretty bad for Slovakia but as a Hockey Referee I would agree with it, behind the play and behind the Referee I can see it being an intent to injure call.

Got the sports package on my tv and no US game tonight. I have been using you to keep up to date on the US hockey news. Cool. So has Buffalo became a suburb of Canada yet

Thanks, Lipps, for your work and effort ... it is greatly appreciated. I had out of state company that just left this afternoon. It was nice to come on here and feel the game "as it happened" instead of just getting a score. Good luck on the Admiral status ... again, thanks for your effort!

No problem bud I enjoyed it, sorry the third period dragged off but it was pretty uneventful excepting the second Elbow Major. Let me know if you need me to do it again for tomorrow's game!
