Won't idle 1974 15 hp Evinrude

starts fine and idles when starting but won't idle after high throttle. has new plugs. not sure gap right.

I think you answered your own post, but regardless, it doesn't sound like plugs. When was the carb rebuilt last?

Oh - and fix the plug gap!
