Re: won't start

Im not familiar with your boat, but I'll try to help. First, check to see if you have the battery at a good charge. The motor has to spin quick to start. Second, make sure all connections are good, and nothing is crossed, and the kill switch is not engaged. I never heard of a larkiii. I hope Im not sounding like an idiot. Pleas let me know if its electric start so I dont feel dumb. Thanks.

Like I wrote earlier, I'm not too familiar, but I'll try to help. If your getting spark, it may not be the kill switch. Check to make sure you dont have any bare wires, or wires in the wrong spot, or other connections touching eachother. Try to put a little spray of fuel in the cylinders instead of oil. Fogger is used primaraly for storeage to keep the cylinder walls from rusting. Don't try eyther, because you may grenade the whole engine. What kind of boat is it? The only thing I could find were model boat engines of this type.
