I have wired it exactly how you said to. I still have no spark? I dont have a kill switch. What else should i do? I have tried to wired it many differnt ways and i still have no luck. Thanks for all the help so far. cougar

Ok i have got spark on both of the spark plugs. One will spark but the other wont. Then i change something and the other spark plug wont spark. What is causing this?

No i get a spark from one spark plug. But the other one wont spark at all. Why is it doing this?

It could be several things. What did you do to finally get spark on one plug?
Have you:
gapped the points to .020 when the highest point on the cam lobe is under the points rubbing block?
checked for cracks or chaffing on the plug wires?
Checked for corrosion on both ends of the wires?
Made sure the plug wires are in the coil pins good?

It would be helpful for you to answer each of the above questions since we don't have your motor right in front of us to look at. We have to rely on you to check the motor and answer our questions.

Lastly, I have gotten bad coils more than once from Sierra. It happens.
You also might run the motor at night with the cowl off and check for arcing under the flywheel.
It will run on one cylinder if the carb is set right and clean.

I Have brand new parts. I dont remember what i did to get a spark. One spark plug is sparking but the other is not. What do i do? Everything is new in it. One will spark but the other one wont so i go and check the other coil it see what happened and fix that. Then the one that spark dosent spark anymore. ANd the other one will spark. I dont know what to do about this.
