won't start

i have a mercury 7.5 hp outboard motor,model 1007223,serial # 6241553,getting good blue spark that jumps 1/2 inch with good snap,carburator getting gas,spark plugs new,and compression is 120 on both cylinders..checked kill switch,it's working fine ,diconnected it and tried it,and it doesn't change anything as far as starting goes..even put some gas into the cylinders and that didn't change anything.........what could be the problem, anybody know......................thanks and have a nice day.....................

When is the last time that you really degummed your carburator? A good soaking in solvent is mandatory.
