89 40 hp 4 cylinder will stay running at the dock at in nutral no problem take it out it runs ok for about 10 min then bogs down and stalls with a rapping noise then will not start back up even with starting fluid ive replaced the stator/fuel pump/spark plugs/coil packs/gear oil/and have tuned the carbs thinking maby theyrs a leak in the float?
