Won't trim

I have a 2007 Tahoe Q6 SF that won't trim up or down. I have a feeling that it is the switch on the throttle but want to rule out everything. I did find a burnt fuse (3rd down right side) but I haven't got the manuals yet for it to be able to tell what the fuse is for. When I push the switch I don't hear anything which is what leads me to believe it's the switch. Anyone that can offer any suggestions I'm listening. Also the trim pump was replaced in July of this year.

Look up in the starboard side panel, drivers side, back toward the rear speaker to see if the harness plug came undone. It will be a small plug with 4 wires that connect the shifter to the pump.FYI ,the fuse for the pump is on the pump
