Could anyone give me the heads up on what year model this manual covers please? I am assuming it is an OMC manual.

If it is complete, it covers all J/E recreational outboards from 2HP through V6 for model year 1983.

It would if your motor is the 1988 V4 crossflow 90HP; Not that much changed except for the fuel pump. If you can get it cheap enough it would be valuable to you.
