I'm going to test drive a "new" boat. Do I need to worty about break-in time? or can I "WOT" and see what she'll do! I want to do some hole shots and stuff also. However I don't want to hurt the motor.. what do yall say?

If this is a dealer owned demonstrator, it should be broken it. If a rep is with you they will tell you what you can and can't do. Hole shot at WOT should not be a problem nor should a short blast at WOT. If there isn't much time on the motor the dealer will tell you to go ahead, but keep the run short.

If I understand your question, the boat is only new to you not a new boat. The question of breakin shouldn't be an issue.
