I put a new remote in my boat, took it to the lake and it idled and ran perfect, the problem was, I didn't have much throttle. The lever seamed to go forward more than it used to too. I got it home and pulled the carb covers to check the if the plates were open all the way, and they were not. so, I got it adjusted so the carbs were open all the way at full throttle, then, the idle was way too fast. I adjusted all the throttle linkage adjustments, idle stop screw, everything I could think of. then it started to flood on me so I had to get away. what am I missing so both idle and WOT can be adjusted? thanks in advance

Re: Wot

Need to know what year Force outboard it is. mercury controls are different than US marine controls.
