If it was a Merc or Volvo maybe . . . I guess it could be fine, and I am not an OMC hater either, but the fact is that unless you can do all of the work on the I/O yourself, it could be a money pit. If the tilt motor is good, ball gears are good, then it could be fun for a season or two. If any of that stuff breaks, you will have a hard time finding a shop that would even work on it. The most attractive things to me are the ice chest and the trailer tires . . .

if you're looking for a project, at that price i wouldn't hesitate. Heck, the trailer is worth that if it's in good shape.

I can just see my wife's face now. She's expecting a mid to late 90's bowrider and I park this in the driveway. Glad the couch is comfy.
