Wow Giant Thriller Towable handle repair

We have a Wow Giant Thriller towable and the handles are falling apart. Does anybody have any idea of how to possibly fix these handles? I saw one person used rubber tubing and a zip strip after taking some seams out but their handles were different. I’m afraid to rip the wrong stitch on mine. Thank you in advance.

based on those pictures, the inflatable was stored outside in the sunlight and degraded by UV. the base material of the skin has deteriorated. the bladder may be OK. most reputable inflatable companies offer new skins and bladders.

I would get a new inflatable.
