so i took my fuel inlet this off to clean the screan, lately i ben havin a little hesitation after doing seafoam spay and some in the gas tank . hee is what was in the screen all this black grits

I would guess that your fuel lines are delaminating. Replace all the fuel lines. Put new filters in and try it.

The advent of ethanol gas has this effect on older fuel lines.

i just think it was never done, the fuel lines are new and i went to buy a filter will any kind work that fits or must it be force

I think any kind will work as long as it has the same flow rate or higher. Although the quicksilver one is only 6 bucks or so. I personally like a clear one so I can see when and if it is getting dirty.
