My neighbor has a '07 150HP Optimax. His son-in-law filled the oil tank last week and now the motor does not run properly (rough, low power etc). It is possible that the oil tank was filled with TCW-III outbaord oil versus DFI oil. Is this a problem, and how big of a problem, or should he look somewhere else for the motor's problem?
