Wrong Part

I ordered the wrong part for my outboard motor. The return policy says to call an 800 number. If you do this be very careful if you get one number wrong it tells you to call 1-800-live chat- so I'm thinking "OKAY that is the way they should do business"- actually talking to you in person. I want to warn you that LIVE CHAT is not a representative of a parts company. It is some gal who starts telling you that she just turned 18. About this time because of all the giggling on her part I realized that this was the wrong number to call. I looked at the returns number again and when I called it they simply said to go to Iboats parts and fill out a return form. Which it could have said in the first place instead of listing an 800 number at all. So I thought I would tell you--just go to the parts page and at the bottom click returns and save yourself a lot of trouble.
