I take it back. I took the boat out and it was hardly making it on plane. Once, I had to shut off the engine and wait a few, started it back up and tried to plane out and it took a very very long time. Then once I was up on plane, got up to 4500 RPM and it fell back down to 3500 and was stuck at that speed. I am at wits end with this thing. Sound like a fuel issue?
