I was doing some detective work to figure out why my motor was misfiring above an idle and when I pulled apart the connector between the power pack and one of the coils, I found that someone had hacked it up. The work around had caused a gap that the AC couldn't jump accross and the engine misfires.<br /><br />I went looking for a connector and found I had to buy a coil to get one. 1984 was the last year they used these barrell connectors, after that switched to a terminal block which was more reliable.<br /><br />So, if anyone has a black coil from a 1984 - 125 with the barrell connector (Prestolite ignition), that they would like to part with, please let me know so we can make a deal
