Rudderman, here is a link to a site http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network.htm that has a number of tools for a variety of things. I used the proxy server for a number of years with a NT machine and it worked fairly well. Did have one problem with folks getting in after a couple of years of use but was my mistake--did not check for update. It's free and easy to configure. Might also have downloads to address other issues discussed here.
