I bought a boat and motor used from an individual years ago. The boat a 1986 but the previous owner tells me that the 70 horse motor was replaced in 1991 with the 85 horsepower Yahama that's on it now. Motor still runs good but the seal at the top of the hydraulic ram on the tilt/trim is leaking pretty badly. My mechanic tells me he can't find just that part without getting the whole assembly which is probably around $300. Would someone know where I can find only the part I need? The motor is old and the numbers are getting hard to read but the numbers I pulled off of the transom mount are as follows:
70 ETLH
6H3 L 460227

Would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks.
anchormate.
