2001 yahmaha 115 stroke. Just had both carburetors redone and oil system taken out. Motor idled fine on hose yesterday, but now idles at around 1300 r.p.m. on hose..need a little guidance please. Any help is greatly appreciated

most would leave the motor the way the engineers designed it and repair it if something went wrong with the oil system.
was it giving you a problem?

did your so called mechanics that did this follow the link and sync procedure after installing the carbs and were they set to the specs in the manual?

are the throttle plates closing off as they should?
might check the timing to make sure the timing is not advancing too far

Adjusted the screw on the bottom carburetor, runs like a champ. Still takes a little playing with to keep idling when it's first started up then after about 5 minutes of running it runs perfect for the rest of day. Yes on the oil system. Pump went out on the tank under console then throttle arm broke on pump on motor, just had enough enough it
